Our Employees | The following is a description of what our EMPLOYEES are to us.
- Our employees are the reason for our success.
- Therefore our employees are very important people in our business. Equally as important to us are our customers – without them we could not remain in business.
- Employees must be recognized as having feelings, emotions and concerns in the same manner as every other human being. They have the choice of "whom they work with" and we would like our valued employees to choose to work with us.
- Our employees are also internal customers – they receive the outputs of efforts (from receiving, to folding, to cutting, to stitching, to binding, to cornering, to drilling, to coiling, to shipping and more) – and they should be able to expect the highest quality output possible.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to develop and maintain positive work relationships with each other.
