Defining Our Customers | The following is a description of what our CUSTOMERS are to us.
- Our customers are the reason we are here
- Therefore our customers are very important people in our business. Equally as important to us are our employees – without them we cannot offer our customers the excellent service they need and expect.
- Our customers’ presence or requirements are not a burden or an interruption of our work. They are the purpose of our work.
- Our customers are people that we are dependent upon. They are not dependent on us!
- Customers must be recognized as having feelings, emotions and concerns in the same manner as every other human being. They also have the choice of "whom they conduct business with" – we’d like them to continue choosing us.
- Our customers are the people, group, team or company who receives the outputs of our efforts, whether they are internal or external.
- It is the responsibility of every member of the Pacific Bindery team to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers that are of mutual benefit.
