Following these guidelines will help us provide you with better service:

1. Provide a purchase order number, with detailed purchasing information:
   1. Our quote number, if applicable
   2. Job quantity, including overs accepted and samples required
   3. Description of work to be done, including trim size and page count
   4. Description of material supplied
   5. Packaging and Distribution instructions.
   6. Date and time that delivery is requested.
   7. Instructions for left-overs: return or recycle
   8. Any special instructions or concerns that we should know about.
   9. If a repeat order, we would like a reference to the last order or orders (your job purchase order or our job docket information or estimate number) – this enables our production team to review specific last-order learning outcomes.
2. A finished blueline and/or dummy or sample book is always required.
